Common questions.

Each agency is a fully isolated multi-tenant environment. No data is shared across accounts, no yacht names or financial data are indexed publicly. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your data to train models.
Crew access is tied to the agency subscription. When an agency cancels, crew portal access is suspended for that agency. Crew can download any invoices they have permission to view before the account closes. We give a 30-day data export window.
Quaylo supports Eurofaktura for Croatian fiscal compliance and Codat for broader EU integrations. Invoices export as UBL XML — the EU standard for structured electronic invoicing. VAT rates are configurable per line item. Tax-ID validation runs at onboarding.
Crew access is always free and unlimited — there is no per-crew seat cost. The crew portal is included in every paid agency plan automatically. Crew cannot sign up independently; they're invited by the agency.
Yes. The agent portal is built with bottom navigation, bottom sheets, and optimistic UI — designed for dock use on a phone with one hand. It works on poor marina Wi-Fi and handles intermittent connectivity gracefully. There is also a full desktop interface for office-based work.

Yes. Multiple agents can work on the same yacht concurrently. Service updates are real-time across the team. Role-based permissions mean you control who can create, edit, invoice, or only view.
Invoices can be issued in any currency. The financials dashboard shows per-currency rollups so you can see your EUR, USD, and GBP receivables side by side. Exchange rates are not auto-applied — you set the invoice currency at creation time.
